This license applies in case you’re purchasing one of our Shopify themes directly, without buying Shopsta license.
Applies to both individuals and companies/organisations.
Personal & Commercial License (unified)
Personal & Commercial License grants you a right to use theme on a single store, no matter if it’s personal project or project you do for agency/company. Unlike other Shopify themes providers, we grant you a right to use purchased theme in any project (both personal and commercial). Each theme purchased is under Personal & Commercial License.
Restrictions for Personal & Commercial License
By acquiring a Personal & Commercial License, you agree to the following restrictions:
Sub-Licensing, Reselling, or Renting: You are not permitted to sub-license, resell, or rent our themes, either in its original form or any modified version.
Shopsta Software License
This license applies in case you’re purchasing Shopsta software license.
Applies to both individuals and companies/organisations.
Personal & Commercial License (unified)
Personal & Commercial License grants you a right to use Shopsta software to design Shopify themes for personal or commercial purpose, both as an individual or as a company/organisation. To sum things up, each theme you design and export with Shopsta is under your ownership and license you set it to.
Restrictions for Personal & Commercial License
By acquiring a Personal & Commercial License for Shopsta software, you agree to the following restrictions:
Sub-Licensing, Reselling, or Renting: You are not permitted to sub-license, resell, or rent our starter themes, either in its original form or any modified version. This means if you want to use Shopsta software to create Shopify themes and sell them on your own site or any online marketplace, those themes needs to be visually distinct from themes we sell and provide as starter themes.
