Please be aware that we do not offer policy refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Requests for refunds made more than 2 days after the purchase date.
  2. If you have already downloaded/used the product.
  3. In cases where you simply change your mind after purchase.
  4. If the purchase was made in error.
  5. If you lack the expertise required to use the product effectively.
  6. If you cannot provide adequate information explaining why the theme/Shopsta software does not meet your expectations or if you believe it to be of low quality.
 

Please note that we provide theme demos for testing before purchase, and our support team is available to answer any questions, both before and after the sale.
