Once you contact us with your request, you can expect a response within 24 hours.

However, please note that there are limitations to the support we can provide. We can assist with basic customizations, but we cannot help with the following tasks:

  2. Customizing or troubleshooting themes that involve extensive code changes. For such requests, consider hiring a Shopify expert.
  3. Installing, removing, or altering third-party apps.
  4. Customizing or troubleshooting third-party code.
  5. Editing content created using the rich text editor.
  6. Adding new fonts.
  7. Image editing tasks such as cropping, adjusting color profiles, or removing backgrounds.
  8. Making changes that convey misleading or deceptive information to customers.
  9. Custom translation services, including order printer and email notification templates.
